Hi Parents,

There have been quite a few issues recently with families being unable to register for meets or volunteer positions, so I wanted to send out a quick reminder. 

Even if you already have a SwimTopia account from a previous season, you must still register for the 2026 season. 

Please go to: edisonotters.swimtopia.com and click the "Register Now" button on the homepage.

The system will ask you to confirm your family's information and make sure everything is still correct. Completing this step is what officially places your swimmers on the roster for the 2026 season. 

Simply having an existing SwimTopia account is not enough.

If you do not complete the season registration, your swimmers will not be considered part of the current season, and you will not be able to:

- Register for meets 

- Sign up for volunteer jobs 

- Access swimmer eligibility for events 

Please make sure you complete this registration by Monday during practice. I will be sending out the entries for our first dual meet on Monday, and I can only enter swimmers who are properly registered in SwimTopia.

If your swimmer is not registered by that time, they will unfortunately not be able to participate in the first meet, as SwimTopia is how we submit all of our swimmers for competition. 

Please take a few minutes to complete the registration process as soon as possible so that there are no issues with meet entries.
