Hi everyone,

Please note that the host team, Middlesex, has made a slight change to tomorrow's schedule.

The updated times are:

• Doors Open: 6:00 AM
• Warm-ups Begin: 6:15 AM

It is very important that everyone arrives on time. If you think you will be arriving after 6:20 AM, please email us as soon as possible or have someone at the meet notify one of our coaches that you are on your way.

If we have not heard from you and you are not there by 6:20 AM, there is a very real chance that you will be scratched from the meet. This means you will be marked as not attending so the host team can finalize attendance, seed the events, and prepare the meet.

Please plan to arrive at or a little before 6:00 AM so you have plenty of time to get settled before warm-ups begin at 6:15 AM.
